Merry volunteers decorate entrance (November 29, 2023) — The tradition continued as volunteers worked like merry elves to beautify our entrance for the holidays. Thanks to Donna Bender, we have another fine collection of photos to remember our annual community picnic. The collection features neighbors in our traditional street-group photos, as well as plenty of candids of neighbors having a great time together on a sunny day We gathered at the Nature Center Pavillion at Cacapon State Park, and this year our 50-50 raffle featured a giveaway of prizes: ten lovely rustic centerpieces that double as “honey do” note holders. Community votes to end short-term rentals The proposed amendment to our Covenants to end short-term rentals passed at a recent special meeting, the Cacapon South POA Board of Directors Reported. The Board is at work to file the Amendment to our Covenants with the County Clerk, update our website with the new Covenants, and inform local realtors of this change.
